It has been quite a while since I had the chance to get another whip build in, and I'm really proud of how this one came out.

Added a few diamond plait sections as well as some birds eye on the thong of this whip. It really adds something to it.

I know this is supposed to be a simpler, more beginner whip, but there is something incredibly beautiful about this one. I dont know why, but it just looks amazing. The colors are wonderful together, and I really love that handle idea. It just comes together really well.

Herbert, Thank you. Its a little time consuming, but getting even spacing with the binding makes a world of difference. I experimented using a bowyer server, and it worked great. I got a lot more tension on the sinew with it.

Work continues on the 10 footer. Here is a picture of it at 12 plait. I am really liking these colors together.

Jyri, once you have it polished back out to where you want it, you could put a coat of urethane on it. It would stop it from oxidizing.
