Ross, the baton handle looks very good and very functional. I can imagine that the shape after the heel knot provides a lot of control of the action and the colors work together very well.

Ben thank you, I was concerned that the handle might cause issues but it it actually a dream to crack and do various toss and spin tricks.... However if it goes wrong you find yourself moving very quickly to avoid the lump of mahogany coming at you!

Whip #26
8ft 16 plait Bullwhip with a 10" handle but transition knot at 8" 2ft fall and a metal 'headpiece to the staff of Ra' concho
This whip has been an experiment to try and get a more natural look to do the original Raider justice. I took some tan paracord and dyed it in a diluted wood stain solution (mahogany) with quite impressive results! I have also test dyed some strands in a Teak solution today which gives a more orangey colour. This whip will be exclusively advertised in the Indy groups for the first few weeks and will be a very limited run (I don't want to make a habit of dying my own cord

:)

Thanks guys

it just needs to be slightly less red & a bit more orange to be perfect. (yes I'm always overly critical of my own work

:)
