Beautiful clean work, as always! Cool color swap there, too!

I love your knots Brandon! What sequence have you done in the handle?

Thank you very much Scott, Ron, Rachel and Jyri!! ^_^

Scott, thankfully, the power lines above my yard are at a ridiculous height, so there's no chance of that happening! haha

Ron, I have to agree, the fade is currently one of my favourite designs, very fun to do!~ And definitely, I could find a day to go to a big park, but it's been an incredibly rainy few days, so everything is mud :(

Jyri, the handle is a combination of 3 row bands and a doubled diamond plait. Here's what it looks like if you had two colours -

Hope that helps! :)

Lovely! That colour fade always gets me, one day I'll try it for myself. Or just buy one from you ;)

Thank you Brandon! I forgot to say that colour fade is awesome too! Must be hard to do.

haha Thank you Matt and Jyri!! ^_^

Once you get experience adding and dropping strands, the colour fade isn't too bad~ It's more just making it smooth is more difficult :P
Matt, if you do want to give it a go, I'd say make a few english eye whips first ;)

Hey all!

Here's two whips I've made in the meantime, from some orders~

A very basic full brown bullwhip, 7ft. As always, with an english eye, and double looped fall :)

And a 6ft pink/black bullwhip, some fun plaits on the handle, and fishbone (I think that's the name) pattern on the thong.

Hope everyone enjoys~

What a contrast! One is ultra-discreet. The other, totally 'in your face'! :)

I agree! I personally am more of a fan of the "in your face" kind - I've got a whip, might as well show it off, right? XD But I do appreciate the discreet kind too, it's much nicer to look at put against nature (as you can see from the images~)

The brown one is my favorite, but you did a great job on both.

Very nice work, Brandon. I especially like the work on the handle on the "in your face" whip.

I'm back from festivals and exams and everything! ^_^ Here's a new whip that I made recently - 6ft 16 plait, with a double pineapple heel knot!
