I'm very interested in how this whip will perform.
Good job integrating the two sized cords.

Jyri, I really like the looks of the pattern with the different size cords.

That's such a unique look there Jyri, using those two sizes looks amazing. I really hope you make more whips in this style, using different colours, and am eager to hear how it performs too!

It got really bunched up in the diamond plait. I should have done it in gaucho plait all the way but this is just a prototype.

This is the first whip wich is this flexible without waxing. It will be interesting to see what happens when i wax it.

Next one should be good. I will use 2 colours to next one.

Very nicely done Jyri.
I think it looks very cool.
I like the idea of more flexibility.
I hope the waxing only makes it perform better.

So far how does it crack?

Thanks!
It cracks nicely but the balance will change as i insert the concho and make the knots.
I have to make new fall as well. I hope to finish it tomorrow

Mounting the concho, i would say it that i wont get easier than this to put it in the center of the whip.

Here is the heel. I really need to change my concho material. This takes straches way too easily.

Good job on the heel Jyri.
Could you put a clear coating or something to help protect the concho?

Ron it is just way too soft as a steel. After wax there is a very thin coat on it wich has protected it from sweat and oxydicing pretty well. I'm going to use stainless steel, titanium etc in the future.

Jyri, that's a good plan.

Jyri, as always, you make a well-made and beautifully detailed whip.
