Great to see the face of an old friend!! Took a long time to peruse your whole thread, but well worth it to see the impeccable work of a guy that truly deserves the recognition. Thanks for sharing Tyler :)

So, here was a fun set I just sent out to Canada. This was a first in two ways- the first time I used a two-tone grapevine service, and the first time I did a theme set with more than one kind of whip- in this case, two snakes and two stocks:

Wow, I really like the pair of snakes.
The Grapevine Service is very cool. Not only does it serve to stiffen the transition, but the design effect is stunning.
Tidy work as always Tyler.

You never fail to surprise me, Tyler. Serious! Every time you post something new I think "Okay, that's it. It can't become any better". And then... It becomes better :)

Those snakes really do look good. The black and white grapevine gives them a nice touch, they look more "clothed" with them. If that made any sense :P

Very cool, Tyler!

How is that grapevine in the grip? I'm just wondering if it would cause a blister? Super cool looking though.

Zowie! These are amazing, Tyler! The colours just leap out at one, and the two-tone grapevine is pleasingly 'dizzy-making'. I, too, specially like the snakes.

Bobbi, surely you'd hold the heel know in your palm, rather than grasp the handle? So the grapevine shouldn't be a problem. (Or am I being dim?)

Thanks Fritz and Robby! :)
Thanks Pokkis! IT makes it easier to see that there is GV service, compared to black on black, so in that sense it does make sense :P

Thanks Bobbi and Robert! Bobbi, I've never had a problem with it, but I suppose it could happen depending on the size of a person's hand/ the way they grip. Robert, You're quite right, but I think what Bobbi was wondering about was the index finger- For me, the left side of the first knuckle on my index finger is up there on the GV, but I've never had any irritation from it. I carry a snake in my Maxpedition bag every day so if I have a minute to crack, I can.

Those are the most eye appealing snake whips I've seen yet Tyler. SWEET design as usual. Your work never gets old

Very nicely done Tyler, I love dual tone grapevine service as well, speaking of which, is it difficult to do?

Thanks Devin! It is a little bit of a pain in the rear, but not unbearable. It's harder to get started and you have to keep constantly tightening both strands.
