Thanks Gideon. :)

Roy, I promise you that if I knew anything about photo shop I wouldn't waste my time on the whip. I would make my avatar picture 15 lbs skinnier and 10 years younger! lol!

Got to agree with Roy. Why would you take someone who is every bit perfect as is and attempt to change them?

Robby asked me to post a picture of this whip.

It is a 16 plait, 5.5 foot combat bull that I made for Ron about a year ago. He took a few whips to Tom's house to be tested and somehow... Tom owns the whip now. :)

If anyone is a Tom Meadows fan, I'll post a link to a short video of the test crack of this whip.

Lovely. I like how you splice the red in about halfway through.

Nice Bobbi! Taper looks perfect. Bringing the red out at the end is cool, but I'm an even bigger fan of the white-on-light-grey.

I like the white and grey combo too. :) The red is actually 2 of the core strands that I "picked up" at the bottom.

Yes, he did :) This is a very nice - and interesting! - concept on the handle. That two "x" patterns I've never seen before. And to bring out a color in the end, which is not present anywhere on the whip, before, is also a great feature.

Thanks for posting, Bobbi.

Bobbi you have quite the collection of beautiful whips you've made. I just went back over all of them and I have to say I really love the Black and Tan whith the Birdseye handle. I just like the Birdseye. It has become my favorite handle design here lately.

I keep going back to have a look at that blue and black 8 foot whip.
It's a stunning piece of work.
When such contrasting colours are used you get to see how good the plaiting is at a quick glance because every irregularity will pop out at you. The seam and pattern work on this whip are very tidy.

Very nice looking whip Bobbi.
Are the knots done with ungutted paracord?

Thank you Robert and Robby. :)

Jared, the birds eye is my favorite too. It just looks cool no matter what colors.

Thanks Fritz. That whip was one of the special ones. I looked nice but it was also really fun to play with. The total package.

Carl, yes you guessed it, gutted paracord. I do "low profile" knots... mostly because they fit my hand better but also because I prefer the slim look.

Thank you for your kind words, Gio! :)

I just added another color choice to the Tibetan wave line. It is simple but I think it has class.

This is picture of the whole set together.
