I really like the new colour combination, Bobbi; I agree it's got 'class'!

Great colors and a exciting pattern. Normally I'm used to more earth like tones, or dark colors. But here - I can't help myself... - the pink/green one I really like :) And - like I posted on Tyler's last picture - there's a reason, why this is the "Masters" Gallery!

Nice work Bobbi, you even make the pink and green look good.

Thank you everyone!

That pink and green whip (Phoenix Tongue) is my least favorite of the 4. I thought it should have been blue and green but Ron was very insistent about the pink. Haha! It is the one I'm holding in my avatar picture though! :)

Perfect addition there Bobbi. Now you have something for every taste. Not everyone will want bright colors, but because you kept the more earth colors high contrast, they still retain the character of the TW line.

Just saw the whole collection picture here. Bob, I am so envious of you. You truly are a Master. The clean lines of your work, the way each of the whips, though differing in patterns, compliment one another. Yup, said it before, when I grow up, I wanna be just like you.

Very nice. I like that you've got the same pattern on all 4 whips in different colors/ I'm diggin' that pink!
Here's wishing you find time for the things you want to do, and for the things you need to do.

PS, I forgot to mention how impressed I am that all 4 of them apparently have the exact same transition flexibility even though I know they were made some time apart from first to last. That demonstrates some serious control over your entire whipmaking process Bobbi.

Thank you, Jonathan, Big T, Jeff and Gio! I appreciate all the compliments.

To be completely honest, Jonathan.... Those are not my personal collection. They are part of a martial arts order heading for Germany. The were all built in the same month. I do try to get all the TW whip to match in transition and action as much as I can.

14 plaits are my favorite weight of whip. Thanks to Jonathan, they look just as good as any other number. this whip isn't my favorite colors but it does show Jonathan's bird's eye pattern nicely.

Bobbi, I have to agree: those colours aren't my favourites, either - but that bird's eye pattern is stunning! Heartiest congratulations!

Absolutely, fantastic Bird's Eye! Very striking. I had to smile when you said, "Thanks to Jonathan", because he's the reason I can do other than 12 plait Bird's Eye's too. I imagine him as a Guru on top of a mountain, handing out sheets of graph paper with patterns to interested parties :)

Very nice whip there and as for pink, my issue with it the one whip I did in pink man you can see every slight miss pull and where you should added the strand 2 loops before and over all looked ok in the end but wow talk about a colour that has larger arrows to every miss step when you braid with it ..

back to Your whip asfter the side step.. !!! NICE I want one to play with :)

14 plait huh? Johnathan's birdseye looks wonderful on there and the colors good together. Do you plait the 14 herringbone irregular or matched?

That bird's eye is absolutely mesmerizing! I don't get too wrapped up in colors as each person has their favorites. I've a request on the bench for orange and blue because it's the colors of Naruto, whatever that happens to be. Not a pairing I would choose, but that won't stop me from doing my dead level best for the client. Did I mention that bird's eye? Wow...

In the beginning I was only with dark, earthy colors. Dark Brown, Brandy, Black and so on. But the more I see these bright color combinations, the more I like them.

What's also cool - I remember Jonathan being totally new to the forum. New to whip making. And now great whip makers follow his patterns :)
