Wow Jyri. On first sight, it seems to me your seams are straight. Very nice work.

I absolutely love the color white on a bullwhip, but I'm afraid it gets dirty fast. But it looks very good.

Keep plaitin' :)

I, too, was afraid of that, Sven. It does look stunning, though, doesn't it?
I'll give it a try, Dad, but it's going to be really hard...kind of like trying to saw something in half using a banana.

Jyri, this is looking really cool!! Love the way how white looks, but yeah, that's not going to stay white for long :P

That looks very good, Jyri! The relatively thin diameter, plus thE black and white, help to make it look very sleek. :)

Jyri, that is a beautiful whip. Coming along quite nicely.

That looks seriously smooth, fantyastic job! It's got to be birch on the handle though, hasn't it? ;)

Thank you!
Birchbark on the "pommel" and curly birch on the handle. It is little pale whip so maybe wood should be pale as well.

Thank you Rachel!
I went out and gave it a few cracks. Its useless to even try anything else than flicks :D and as it doesent have solid handle yet it goes where it wants to, this time to my back and i learned one thing..bdsm etc are not for me xD

And the balance is little bit forward but i think my handle desing fill fix it. Brass, birchbark and curlybirch should weight enought.
