Hi Gio,
That looks great! The red and black looks really cool and that looks like a comfortable knot. Is the letter A a customer's initial?

Thanks a lot Tyler, yes the "A" is a customer's initial. it was made in brass dipped in silver.

Beatiful, and one thing that (as i see it) is that is more difficult doing a short whip than a longer one, do u have 6 strands in the endknot?

I saw one nice trick that Mike Murphy uses, 6 strands and then where u want some pattern, divide each strand in two and then u plait with 12 strands. Not easy at all but a nice solution!

OK, just looked at The Old Ways's red and black snake whip in paracord, and now I see yours...both leather and paracord, you just cant go wrong.

I've got to come up with a cool cap for the butt end of my whip. Mind if I ask what the 'A' is for and what it is made of??

Thank you for your kind appreciation, the letter A represents the initial of the name of the customer. It was engraved on a brass plate and then dipped in silver.
yes the point of the whip was plaited in 6 plait

*sigh* I wish I had that kind of money to "throw" around :) Did you do the engraving and dipping or was it sent off?
