I had hinted at these whips in previous posts and decided I'd share this with you guys as well. I finished the pair of 4 ft Karnevil signature whips yesterday and decided to do some test cracks to show them working before sending them out. Here are the results.

P.S. I know the are some flubbed cracks. I left the falls exactly as I got them. I didn't want to trim them down so they were right for me. I figured it would be better to allow the customer to customize them themselves.

Jesse I don't have the data for video but I saw these on FB. Nice work! Really nice knots!

Thanks Rachel. They're really light. I'm used to 6.5, 8 and 16 footers, so this is strange for me. I thought they worked really well.

Looking very good Jesse. I especially like the silver accent in the knots and the knots overall.

Very nice. I actually like the silver accent so much, I'd like to use the idea some day, is that allright?

Sven, to quote Tyler, "I didn't invent the idea, I just use it." By all means, feel free. All you do is fuse the accent color to the end of the strand being used to tie the knot. Just make sure that you do it so that the joint passes under the strand on the knot. If you dont, the joint is visible.

Thanks Robert. Like I said, they are super light. Much lighter than any I'm used to.
