  Pipe Whips

Post by Jesse Bessette »

So, I forgot to take picture of the building process of the first thong. I have its twin to go still, so I'll take pictures of that one. This is the first thong mounted in the almost completed handle. I have to finish plaiting the handle portion, but I got it assembled. In pretty happy with how it looks so far. And apparently, my dog really liked it because she dragged it down off my table and snuggled up with the handle.

Jesse, doggone it.
What can be seen, it looks nice.
The dog must have good taste or the whip taste good.

Ron, she wasn't chewing it. She just snuggled with it. She literally had it under her body, sleeping. She woke up when I walked out into the living room and saw it.

Roger, I'll take close up pictures when it's done. I just thought that picture was great and would be great as a goofy marketing tool. She's a clean dog though. She really doesn't slobber at all.

Jesse I don't know if you know... But Roger has some very small dogs that might slobber only a tiny bit, I just wanted you to know he's quite probably teasing :)
He loves his dainty dogs very much.

Now Roger needs to post a photo of his little dogs. They are very handsome :)

Nice job on the whip! It's coming right along, and your friend in the photo clearly has good taste.

My dog? No, he would slobber and chew up the whip if he was left alone. Yep, no doubt! He's a lab....

Rachel, I figured he was joking around. But no, she's a clean pup. I love my dogs too. I have three, and they're all about that size. I just thought it was funny that she would pull it down off the table and then just lay on it. I was kind of worried that she would try to chew on it.

Well, she has good taste, and that white is really easy to see and enticing to a dog. She looks like a really good dog!

Roger, is that a dog or a small horse? They are the cutest ever, but if I was a burglar in the middle of the night I would be terrified to look up into that face.

Jesse, the pipe whip is looking good. Well done!

Roger, I love the pictures. You have some "tiny" dogs. They are beautiful.

Rachel, she is such a good dog. We walk her off leash, she goes maybe ten feet away then comes right back. She's never run away. If she weren't such a chicken, I'd say she would be an excellent hunting dog. But, she's scared of everything.

Jeff, Thanks. I'm very happy with how they are coming along so far. I'm on progress on the second one, so I'll post pics when it's done.

Disclaimer: if you mention or show pictures of a dog (or tools!) I might accidentally, not intending to, completely derail your whip post :D

I'm extra fond of a dog you can walk off leash and they don't run off!!!!! Took out 12 this morning...6 can go off leash at the moment. She's too cute! What's her name?

Maybe she will be so fond of the whips she will guard them for you!

Rachel, that is my mom's dog (she technically belongs to the whole family, but she has a particularly strong bond with my mom). Her name is Tink. She's a sweet little pup.

Ben, Thanks. I had to take a picture of it. When I saw what she was doing, I knew that I needed photographic evidence. It was just too perfect
