I'm uploading that file for over 9 hours, now. My connection here is...slow. But now it's done. And if you're interested in what I think about Rachel's whip, here you go:

What a powerful crack, and what a strong, fluid whip!
Very informative (and fun) video as always Robby.
As said before - I'm very happy for you Rachel - and seeing the video now I'm also very excited!
I'm happy to have one of your whips and I can only second the quality of the craftsmanship.
Awesome!

Rachel, excellent.
I hope you have a telephone signal now so you can see this.
I think he kinda likes it a little bit.
It's a shame he likes it. Looks like he's going to keep it. Damn. (
)
I think offering the two different kinds of whips of one traditional and the other modified with a glued thong cup is a good idea.
I have not heard of any one else doing it that way as an option. And it's super easy to do.
Again, GREAT JOB. !!!

It's ok if you disagree with me.
I can't force you to be right.

First I want to comment on the video itself. Robby, I love all your videos and appreciate the amount of work that you put into them. However, this simple video is by far my favorite. It feels much more personal than the scripted and edited features that you produce. I feel like I am sitting there with you and your telling me about Rachel's whip. I feel like I am in the back yard with you cracking whips. The quality and sound are far from your normal features, but I really enjoyed watching you be your relaxed self. Rachel, the whip quality and performance looks ideal. It has the features that I look for in a working whip. The handle is stout and the thong is straight and true with a point heavy taper. I like what I see and agree with Robby on carrying your whips in Whip Nation.

I'm floored, to say the least. May I mirror what Roy says about the video?
Robby, you were right there in my father-in-law's living room on his computer this evening, talking to us. It was really awesome to get to see it on a larger screen than I'm used to, and hear you sit down and visit with us. Thank you, very much.
And when you said "Hi, Roy!" My father in law jumped a bit and waved back, as his name is Roy.....
It felt like we were all sitting there together, as Roy has already said. It really has a close feel.
It is a great thing to me to see my whip in experienced hands, something simple I made from knowledge I learned here from every member of Whip Basics that YOU made possible by building WB,
It is a great thing to me.
I'm extremely pleased to see that whip move like that!
I will indeed take careful note of each thing you suggested.
Thank you, Robby.
Thank y'all
Roy, I thank you too.

Okay. One moment... I had to read this two or three times to realize it. Are you saying that you like that more than simple made video better than the professionally made reviews? That's not a problem for me - I was only totally and completely surprised. So - please - help me. Do you really think that I should do the upcoming reviews in that simple, home brew style? I don't know what to think, to be honest. I was always looking for the best possible equipment, people, editing, pics and so on and now this. Don't get me wrong - I am more than happy and grateful for an open word. Only honest and true opinions and comments will help me. So - again - please let me know what you think, folks!
Robby
p.s.
Rachel... Why are you posting your pictures here? Don't you think that there's a better place to put them?
Now make a guess...

Good point, ....
I love the reviews and videos you make, with soundtrack and photos. They are very professional.
What I meant for my part is that this video had a more personal touch to it. Just you doing what you do so well.
It shows when it's just you doing your thing, and I don't mean that this is not the case on the other videos, just that this one came across more personal, no camera man, no sound guy, no assistant etc. Much more intimate, .....for want of a better word to use.....
Don't stop doing the other reviews, they're amazing and no doubt carry a bigger budget and are more time consuming.
